Mustard oil is extracted from mustard seeds in black, brown and white. It is loaded with Vitamin E, an essential nutrient which gives ample nourishment to the skin. Enriched with anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties, it is often recommended for cooking and topically application as well – it keep away bacteria from the body and skin. Its anti-bacterial properties help in treating scalp infections and dryness. Mustard Oil is often used for Oil Pulling as well, to kill the bacteria inside the mouth.
